This knock-off of the Swiss Corky is from Deville, Hong Kong. The packaging says
"Made in Hong Kong."
The package instructions for this "Air Pressure Pop-A-Cork" are:
With this expert you can take the tightest cork off easily. Do find out the work which
under the seal first, then take away the cover from the needle & pierce the cork all the
way though the center. Hold the bottle in your hands and press down the plunger a few
times until the cork emerges from the bottle & could be easily uncorked. Then replace
the cover on the needle or use it anew with other bottle. But one thing you should
remember is not for use with effervescent wines and irregular shape bottle but
cylindrical type. {sic}
