Greek Patent No. 74,655 granted June 29, 1984 to

Hristos Messinis.

Iliadis Konstantinou Theodoros obtained Greek

Patent No. 1,002,833 on December 23, 1997 for his

"Key for opening bottles with air pressure." He

offered two options: a hand-driven air pump or a

direct current electrically-driven pump. Both included

a stainless steel medical needle which folds out of

Harm's way when not in use. The top handle has the

added feature of a bottle cap lifter.
