Emide used the bottom of their cork ejector boxes to
advertise other products manufactured by the firm. These
included sardine can openers, cake decorators, tin openers,
and coffee mills. Inside the box cover we learn: "Apart from
its well-approved appliances, the EMIDE production program
offers readily saleable novelties which have been developed on
the basis of decades of special experience."
To protect their interest in the United States, the name Emide
was trademarked in 1987.
Emide products were also private labeled.
In the case of "Invento," a simple sticker
was placed over the Emide name.
