This elegant souvenir of the Coronation was produced by P H Vogel & Company

Limited of Birmingham, England. Although the company had its roots as

importers and wholesalers in London in the 1920s, the Vogel

‟

s did not have a

factory until 1953, the year of the Coronation. This set is likely one of their very

first products. Later designs included corkscrew keys, anchors, golf clubs and

balls, horse heads, and ice hammers.
