In 1964 Dynamic Classics, Ltd. was incorporated in the State of New York. Although
they offered a glass chilling device and a windshield defrosting gun in the formative years,
their business evolved primarily into the design and production of exercise and sporting
equipment until their bankruptcy in 1996.
Dynamic Classics, a Division of National Dynamics Corporation, offered the Ejecta-
Cork Cork Ejector and Ice Crusher. One heavy brass cylinder was supplied in a leather
case. The 7/8" diameter ball handle was the ice crusher.
Dynamic said that by using this industrial looking tool "No flavor or bouquet is lost or
altered in any way." A later, smaller version (5/8" diameter ice crusher) was supplied in a
box telling the user "No cartridges needed." The address on that box is 220 E. 23 St.,
New York.
Dynamic Classics advertised in
Esquire Magazine
. They touted
their product as the "2 in 1
wonder": a cork remover and
an ice crusher. Copy read "This
revolutionary new unit is made
on the principle of the tire
pump so you don't need
expensive and annoying
cartridges. The unit is good for
a lifetime. It's all brass and
makes a beautiful bar
accessory."
