With the many uses for the Sparklets bulbs already on the market by the 1950s and the

easy availability of the bulb, the stage was certainly set for the Farandatos-British

Oxygen marriage. It was a relationship that grew quickly and resulted in their Sparklets

Corkmaster becoming a well-known brand name only to fade away by the 1980s.
