One example of the "Cork Boy" found in Germany was
accompanied with a Guaranty from German General Agent
Arnold Bettmer, Wiesbaden. His Import-Export firm had been
issued German Patent 1,870,319 on April 11, 1963 gas cork
ejectors. Rather than drawings, Bettmer's September 12, 1962
application was presented with a sample and without a
drawing. The claims detail the Mourreau-Gonnet invention.
