Hong Kong

In the chapter on Hong Kong air cork ejectors we learned that Pacific China Industries,

Ltd. sources products manufactured in China with their main area of business being gifts

and novelties. In addition to their air model, they offer a variety of gas cork ejectors

under the trade names Power Pop and Power Push. Pacific acquired the worldwide

rights to Helmut Reinbacher's 1991 U. S. Patent Number 5,012,703 which Reinbacher

had earlier licensed to Pop-A-Cork, Los Angeles.

The product had a complete makeover from Pop-A-Cork days and is produced in black

/ chrome and red / chrome. A foil cutter is included and attaches to the bottom of the

cylinder to be used as a stand.

Innovative packaging and attractive point of purchase displays make the Power Push

stand-out.
