Belgium

The only patent issued in Belgium for an air cork ejector was to Harold Horner of the

Prestige Group Limited, London. He had applied for his British patent for "An Improved

Cork Extracting Device" on February 3, 1966 which was patented June 12, 1968. His

Belgian Patent Number 693,084 was issued nearly a year earlier on July 3, 1967.
